Interim Executive Board
The Interim Executive Board (IEB)
The IEB has been put in place by the local authority to act as a temporary Governing Body for Rusthall St Paul's CE Primary School. It is the role of the IEB to ensure that the school improves quickly, promotes high standards of educational achievement and is placed on a sound financial footing.
The IEB is responsible for defining the longer-term strategy for the school with a view to ensuring stability which will help improve educational outcomes for pupils at the school.
Please note that unlike a normally constituted Governing Body, the Headteacher is not a member of an Interim Executive Board. The IEB however are supportive of and work very closely with the school's leadership.
The IEB meet regularly throughout the school year using a model of governance which does not make use of committees. Please see our Terms of Reference below for more details about how we are organised.
