At Rusthall St Paul’s, we want every child to experience life in all its fullness; we believe that the teaching of English is the cornerstone to this.  The aim is for our pupils to be primary literate but also develop a love and thirst for words, reading, writing and purposeful speaking and listening.   We want all of our pupils to have high aspirations for their futures.  In embedding English throughout all areas of the curriculum, we ensure that ‘doors are being opened’ through the development of learning through literacy in all areas of school life at Rusthall St Paul’s.
