On the 15th January we went to Bore Place farm. We began the day by visiting the vegetable patch and harvesting some leeks. After cleaning the leeks we learnt how to make some leek and cheese muffins. In small groups we had the opportunity to make our own muffins. This included grinding our own flour. After lunch we had a tour of the farm. We saw the cows and where they lived.
