Healthy Living Week
We have had a Healthy Living Week, which has been fantastic for our children to increase the amount of exercise that they have been doing, as well as find out about healthier eating options.
Children have been dancing, cycling, speed stacking and running to name a few of the sports they have tried. We have also had both our sports days for Key Stage 1 and 2.
Children have been recording how they have travelled to school each day and, as the week has progressed, have seen an increase in the number walking or cycling which is great.
Children have tried new fruit and vegetables in class and have been talking about which ones they want to go and try at home. They've also made, tasted and sold fruit smoothies!
